CNC MACHINING

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machining is a process that replaces traditional, manually-operated milling with a computer-controlled tool set. Beginning at the most basic level (3 axis), a machine’s range of motion includes the x, y, and z axis, adding rotation within the build platform in 4 axis machines, and even tilt capabilities on the trunnion in the 5 axis machines. Combined, these systems open the doors to a virtually endless array of complex, high-tolerance parts.
State-of-the-art equipment alone does not guarantee successful results. CNC LATHE

CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) turning is a process that replaces the traditional, manually-operated lathe with a computer-controlled tool set. With automated speed and bit controls, the CNC lathe is capable of machining simple to difficult part geometries with a high level of accuracy. Shapes such as “S” curves (ogee) and internal ring grooves are easily accomplished with this method of machining.

TURNING SPECIFICATIONS

We are capable of turning single parts up to 12″ (dia.) x 21″ (len.).
These dimensions may vary depending on the length and width of the cutting tool being used.

LASER CUTTING

Laser cutting is a process that combines the cutting power of a laser beam with the accuracy of a CNC-controlled gantry system. Using computer-generated curves as guides (vectors), complex shapes and designs can be cut with ease and precision from a wide variety of materials. Adjustable power (frequency) and speed settings make laser cutting an economical solution to many applications.
